Executive Coaching
‘The primary goal of coaching is to eliminate the internal obstacles to performance, learning and enjoyment. It is helping them learn rather than teaching them.’ — Sir John Whitmore, executive coaching pioneer.
Purpose
My Approach
The first sessions are focused on exploring who you are, what’s important to you, and what you want to get out of your life and career.
We will work at defining, or redefining, your core values, with those values then guiding you through the roadmap to accomplishing your goals. The aim is for you to take focused action so that you can have a fulfilling career, and ultimately, a happier life.
Typical Client Topics

What Clients Say
Timeframe
Typically this process lasts for a 3, 6 or 12 months partnership.
Irrespective of the timeframe, our partnership will consist of 3 phases:
1) An exploratory session to plan goals,
2) A midpoint session to assess where we have progressed,
3) A forward planning session to look ahead beyond our time together.
